1. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- the product retains its original appearance, packaging, seals, and labels;
- a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided;
- the product has not been used.
2. Used goods are not subject to return/exchange, except in cases agreed upon with the Seller.
3. Returns are made at the Buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
4. In the case of an exchange, delivery of the new product is also carried out at the Buyer’s expense.
5. Refunds for returned goods are made in the same way as the original payment within 7 business days from the date the return is received and the product is inspected.
1. To initiate a return or exchange, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website, indicating the reason for the return.
2. The Seller has the right to request photo/video confirmation of the product’s condition.
3. After the return is approved, the Buyer sends the product to the specified address.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, the Seller makes a decision regarding a refund or exchange.
1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
