Warranties and returns
Guarantees
This section defines the terms and conditions of warranty service through the online store https://spacebrand.store, owned by Individual Entrepreneur Iryna Viktorivna Yakovchuk.
1. The Seller guarantees that the product corresponds to the description published on the Website.
2. All products undergo quality control before being shipped to the Buyer.
3. If the product is found to be defective, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller with a corresponding claim in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product, mechanical damage, or interference by third parties.
OTHER TERMS
1. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Return
1. Pursuant to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” the Buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- the product’s original appearance, packaging, seals, and labels are preserved;
- a payment document is available, such as a receipt or invoice;
- the product has not been used.
2. Used products are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases agreed upon with the Seller.
3. Returns are made at the Buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
4. In the event of a product exchange, delivery of the new product is also carried out at the Buyer’s expense.
5. Funds for the returned product are refunded using the same payment method by which the payment was made, within 7 business days from the moment the returned product is received and inspected.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. To initiate a return or exchange, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website and indicate the reason for the return.
2. The Seller has the right to request photo/video confirmation of the product’s condition.
3. After the return is approved, the Buyer sends the product to the specified address.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, the Seller decides whether to issue a refund or exchange the product.
