Delivery and payment

Delivery

1. Order delivery is carried out within Ukraine and abroad through national and international delivery services (Carriers).

 

2. The Buyer may choose one of the available delivery methods when placing an order on the website.

 

3. Delivery times depend on the selected carrier, delivery address, and product availability.

 

4. Delivery costs are calculated according to the carrier's rates and are paid separately by the Buyer.

 

5. The Seller is not responsible for delays related to the delivery service.

 

RECEIVING THE PRODUCT

 

1. Upon receiving the product, the Buyer must check its integrity and compliance with the order.

 

2. The fact of receipt of the product and the absence of claims regarding its quality is confirmed by the Buyer's signature on the waybill or carrier's declaration.

 

3. In case of damage to the packaging or product, the Buyer has the right to refuse acceptance and draw up a corresponding report with the carrier.

1. Delivery details can be clarified with the manager or are indicated on the relevant pages of the Website.

 

2. All disputes arising during the delivery process are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Payment

1. Payment for the order is made only in a cashless form.

 

2. Available payment methods:

 

  • Bank card (Visa/MasterCard);
  • Online payment via payment systems (listed on the website);
  • Other methods available at the time of placing the order.

 

3. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways in compliance with data protection standards.

 

4. Payment is considered confirmed only after the funds are received in the Seller’s account.
